Student and staff will not be able to obtain a base pass on holidays and Saturdays.

Office Information:
The Wayland Baptist University academic advising office at  Randolph AFB is located in room 11, building 208 on the base.   Walk-ins are always welcome, but appointments have priority.  Please call (210) 590-5681 or (210) 945-8379 for additional information and to make an appointment.

Office hours:
 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Thursday
 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Fridays, when the Education Center at Randolph closes at 2:00 p.m.

Students need to bring to the Visitor’s center the following items prior to the first day of classes in order to obtain a base pass:

Student and staff will not be able to obtain a base pass on holiday and Saturdays.  They must obtain a pass Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Holidays: Student and staff will not be able to obtain a base pass on holidays and Saturdays. 

Students need to bring to the Visitor’s center the following items prior to the first day of classes in order to obtain a base pass..

  • License Plate number

  • Proof of insurance

  • A  valid TX state issued driver’s license

  • Wayland issued student ID card

  • Copy of school schedule

    • Class closures due to inclement weather will be posted on the campus web site under the link for Current Events.
