This form is used to schedule a test for the Professional Military Exams. The exams are currently administered at Wayland Baptist University's National Testing Center located at LAFB. Please read the information on this page and then complete the form below to request a test time and date. 

  • The center is located in Building 5725 on Lackland Air Force Base.
  • Tests are administered Monday through Friday at 0815 and 1200. (Thursdays are currently not available.)
  • Air War College Exam (AWC) examinees should check in at 0715. The exam start time is 0730.
  • Note that seating is limited for any test date and time.
