Threat Analysis:

It is impossible to anticipate every emergency that may occur, but the actions and procedures listed in this section address those types of emergencies for which an established response has been created and addressed by federal, state, county, city, and university emergency preparedness groups.

The pages which follow will address the possible threats facing the campus.  They are listed in no particular order other than most likely occurrence to least occurrence based on historical data for the campus and other university campuses in the San Antonio area.  The exception to this is the placing of a bomb threat as first only because of the immediate threat posed and limited response time.
