San Antonio Campus Bookstore

 The bookstore is located in room 146 up the left hallway just past the front office.  Course textbooks, supplies, diploma frames, and a variety of clothing and merchandise are available for purchase.

For textbook purchases, a student will need the following items:

*      Wayland Baptist University Student ID

*      A printed class schedule from Wayland Baptist University Student Services

*      A financial aid voucher (if applicable)

*      VA Chapter 31 Students must be on the updated active student list

Special Note to Students: Being that textbook sales are final, please, remember to meet with your Academic advisor to confirm that the classes you’ve enrolled in are required for your degree plan.

Regular Business Hours

Monday – Thursday ….. 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Friday ….. 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.


Special Note:  For a few weeks during registration, the bookstore will follow an extended hours of operations schedule.  This schedule will begin Monday, July 27, 2015, and continue through August 21, 2015.  The hours of operation for those four (4) weeks will be…

Monday – Friday ….. 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

The bookstore is closed on weekends and school holidays.

Next Holiday:  In Observance of Labor Day, the bookstore will be closed Monday, September 7, 2015. Classes will meet as scheduled! The bookstore will resume regular business hours on Tuesday,
September 8, 2015.

Important Dates

Textbook Purchasing Days

The bookstore will begin selling textbooks for the Fall 2015 Term on Monday, July 20, 2015, and continue through Friday, August 28, 2015.

Financial Aid and VA Chapter 31 Purchasing Days

The last day that students using Financial Aid or Veterans Assistance to purchase textbooks and/or school supplies for the Fall 2015 Term will be Friday, August 28, 2015.

Nurses Pinning Ceremony

Event Date: Friday, August 7, 2015 

ALL Ceremony Participants: Invitation order forms for this event are available at the WBU-SA Campus Bookstore and must be completed and submitted in person.  Orders must be purchased in advance to initiate the printing process. The timeline for ordering the invitations is
June 19, 2015 through July 24, 2015

Please be aware that orders received after July 24, 2015, will incur a $5 late fee.

The turnaround time for orders is approximately 7 – 10 business days.  When the order has been processed and completed, the student will be notified by phone via the number he/she provided.  Orders are to be picked up at the WBU-SA Campus Bookstore located at 11550 IH -35 North, San Antonio, Texas 78233.   For more information, contact bookstore personnel at 210.590.5626.
