To help students plan and prepare for their academic career, students should visit with an academic advisor. WBU Academic Advisors are available at our San Antonio Main Campus, Ft. Sam Houston, Lackland AFB, Randolph AFB, the Alamo University Center, and the Rio Grande Valley. We also have recruiters available to visit businesses and government organizations upon request.
Scheduling an appointment with an Academic Advisor is strongly encouraged. However, we do accept walk-ins on a space available basis. Be aware that scheduled appointments have priority over walk-ins. New students seeking to have credits evaluated to determine the number of hours needed to complete their degree should bring copies of college and university transcripts, CLEP/Dantes transcripts, Military transcripts, DD Form 214 or DD Form 295 to the appointment. The Main Campus office hours are:
8 AM to
6 PM - M-Th The main campus offices are closed weekends and university
