To survive in today's economic environment, organizations are becoming ever more aware of the enormous benefits of improved internal and external customer relations and continuous process improvement implementation. WHAT WBU offers a Certification for Quality & Improvement that is rigorous in its focus on application and outcomes. Specifically, the program will assure: HOW The Certification will consist of four (4) Core Workshops designed to assure each participant has an understanding and skill level required of those who work in quality-based organizations. Participants will then select one focus area and strengthen their capabilities by completing a project relevant to their organizations’ and/or personal goals. Workshops are a half-day to six days in length. The sessions are practical and participative and include pre-class and on-the-job assignments as well as in-session applications. Workshops allow participants the opportunity to design and deliver “quality” business presentations. Through role playing and hands-on experience modeled to address the individual needs of the participants, this series of dynamic, high-powered, and effective programs can equip CEOs and managers with the necessary foundation, training, and skills to develop a more productive, efficient, and profitable work environment to guide your organization into the new era of Continuous Improvement.
